At PACT Outdoors, we want you to be fully satisfied with your sustainable fashion gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Our process is designed to be as eco-friendly and seamless as possible to keep you ready for your next adventure.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided via email and attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  After our team inspects the returned items for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
